How to integrate and work with your Twitter account

Learn how you can add your Twitter community on Threado and what functions can you perform directly from the dashboard.

To integrate your Twitter account, first, head over to the Community Tab under the Settings Dashboard.

You'll see an option to Integrate your Twitter account. Click on the Add Integration next to this option.

You will be redirected to the Twitter authorization page.

If you're already signed in, you simply have to click on the Authorize App button to allow Threado to get access.

If you're not signed in, you will have to enter your Username/Email and Password to log in before you can Authorize access.

Once you've authorized access, you will be redirected to the Community tab on Threado's dashboard with a message saying the integration was successful.

After your data is synced, you can engage with your Twitter community by -

  • Heading over to the Twitter tab under the Summary dashboard. You'll be able to see accounts that have interacted with you the most on Twitter. Keep in mind, however, that you cannot Send a Message and Post it in your Community on the Twitter platform.

    • Most helpful contributors are those who interacted most with your Tweets and received the most engagement through likes, retweets, and replies.

    • Contributors that sparked the most discussion are those who mentioned you the most in their tweets, interacted with your tweets, and received the most amount of likes, retweets, and replies.

    • New members yet to post a message are those who haven’t yet made a post mentioning your account.

  • Viewing followers from the Members Dashboard. You can send a Bulk message to your Twitter followers from here. Also, understand member engagement scores but metrics are different for Twitter -

    • Help Score - Is calculated based on the member's replies to your Twitter posts and posts mentioning you.

    • Engage Score - Is calculated based on the member's engagement with your posts which includes - retweets, quote tweets, mentions, and replies.

    • Encourage Score - Is calculated based on the member's likes on your tweets and the tweets that mention you.

  • Replying to posts from the Support Dashboard. You can all view all replies, retweets, and mentions here and directly respond to them.
