Knowledge bases and documentations are vast. You can train your AI bot on these resources both through online links and offline PDFs. This saves your customers time in having to search for information and talk to the bot instead which distills what the customer needs down to the most specific, accurate answer.

A great and extensive method to train your bot is through URLs. If you have a knowledge base, resource hub, documentation, or any resource online, you can simply paste the URL and the bot crawls through not just the target URL but all branches within to gather deep insights.

Click on Add URL and paste it into the settings.

Click on Save And Sync for the bot to start crawling.

You can also add multiple URLs for the bot to crawl.

📌 Important: The training can take some time depending on the number of URLs being crawled, the size of the website, and the content available. You will be notified via email once the crawling/training is complete.

You can train your bot through PDFs.

Click on Add PDF. On the right side panel, upload a PDF from your computer, then click Save And Sync.

You can upload multiple PDFs for the bot to be trained on.
