You can go ahead and navigate to the Test tab where you can talk to the bot directly.

Ask questions you think are critical for better support and ensure the bot is well-versed in what you want it to be well-versed on.

Before making the bot available to your Slack or Discord workspace members, you can create a channel just for your team to test out the bot yourself.

Install the bot on this channel and start asking questions.

Test out important questions and then install the bot on a dedicated workspace for all members to ask their queries.
