This guide explains how to integrate an internal Slack account with Threado AI and train Threado AI on internal Slack channels and team conversations.

Start by navigating to the Train tab and clicking Connect next to Slack.

From the drop-down menu, select the Slack workspace to integrate with Threado AI. Click Allow to complete the integration.

After this, you will be redirected back to Threado AI with a message indicating a successful integration. Now, it's time to select the channels for Threado AI to train on.

Either select all channels or choose specific ones for Threado AI training.

Finally, click Save and Train. Threado AI will immediately start training on the conversations in these channels. Training time will depend on the number of conversations in the selected channel. You will be notified via email once training is complete.
