How to connect your Microsoft Teams account with Threado AI

Microsoft Teams is one of the most widely used communication platforms globally. A lot of critical conversations in channels can benefit customer-facing teams when looking for answers but manually looking for them can be counterproductive and time-consuming.

This guide explains how to connect a Microsoft Teams account and selectively train Threado AI on Microsoft Teams channels.

Start by navigating to the Train tab and selecting the Teams integration.

Next, click on Teams. This action takes you to the Microsoft Teams page. If you're not logged into your Microsoft Teams account, it prompts you to log in. If you're already logged in, you're redirected to the Threado AI training page with a success message indicating that the integration is successful.

Now, select the channels you want Threado AI to train on.

Click on Sync. This connects the selected channel with Threado AI and gets trained on it.
