Explore the power of Threado AI by training the bot on historical Intercom ticket conversations and articles. Threado's native integration with Intercom makes it easy to import all this data, providing the bot with a complete context of past Intercom interactions.

Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Click on Train.

Step 2: Navigate to Support and CRM.

Step 3: Select Intercom. A list of options will appear.

Step 4: Train the bot on Help and Help Docs. It's also possible to train on historical conversations, depending on the status of the tickets.

Step 5: If desired, filter by specific agents, such as your super agents.

After training, it may take some time to finish, depending on the number of tickets and articles used for training. Once completed, the bot is ready to go, equipped with all the historical conversation context.

The bot also syncs in real-time with new tickets and articles as they are published, eliminating the need for future training.
