Hot Tip 🔥

Use Engagement metrics to observe trend lines and engagement patterns. This can be a great way to get a birds-eye view of messages and reactions posted in your community, especially after big events like AMAs, quizzes, etc.

And the best part is - you can filter specific channels to view engagement patterns over a period of time. For example -

This can be really helpful if you’ve created channels for resources, events, or even updates. Identify recurring engagement patterns, double down on the things that seem to be working, and avoid doing things that don’t seem to be working.

Hot Trick 🔥

Compare engagement metrics of two separate events using channel and custom date range as filters.

So, if you’ve hosted a few AMAs in your community at a time difference of 3 months, you can view the metrics for these events separately and get an overview of which worked better or drove more engagement.
