You can use responses from multiple surveys to better identify and tag members in your community.
For example: suppose you’ve conducted 2 surveys - one is an NPS survey asking for people to rate your community and another is a survey asking what they disliked most about the community. Add a filter to see who gave a rating of 5 and below on the first survey and another filter on the second survey for specific responses.

Once you’ve applied the filter, you can also tag the members accordingly. Example - If you’ve filtered to see members who have given a rating of 3 or 4 and have said that there’s a lack of resources in the community, you can tag them accordingly.
Use the tag to easily filter in the future, send targeted DMs, or setup automation.
