When a new member joins a channel, they should know what it’s about, what they can expect from it, and what resources should they explore.

Setup automation workflow to send relevant information to members as soon as they join a specific channel. You can use the Welcome members to channels template on the Automation dashboard to set this up, customize the message and channel filter, and activate the workflow.

An automation will only include members who joined a channel after it gets activated. So, if you want to send information about the channel to members who joined before the automation was activated, you can do that by using member filters and the Bulk Message feature.

Before you activate the automation, filter members by channel, and if you want to target only recent members, add the Joined date filter as well and set it for the last 7 days or 15 days. Now, you can send a Bulk Message with relevant details and information.
