With the Intercom integration, Threado AI can have the context of entire customer conversations. This will not only improve the bot's understanding of the product but will also lead to better query resolution by helping internal teams quickly search through queries and improve resolution time.
Training the bot on your Intercom data
Navigate to the Train tab on your Support dashboard.
Connect your Intercom account by authorizing access.
Once you authorize access, Threado AI will successfully integrate with your Intercom account.
You can train Threado AI on 2 different Intercom data -
A. Help center articles
The bot will automatically get trained on the help center articles when the integration is completed.
π Note: If any URLs fail to get trained, you can manually train them again from Settings.
B. Customer conversations
The second way to train the bot on Intercom data is to train the bot on customer conversations and you can use filters to narrow down the conversations you want the bot to be trained on -
Created in - When was the ticket created.
Status - The status of the ticket.
Assignee - Who was the ticket assigned to.
Once you've completed training, you'll get a confirmation saying that the training is complete.
