Using custom commands on the Chrome app
Launch the app and start a new conversation.
If you already have a response from the Threado AI then paste it in the chat window and move on to the next step otherwise generate a response by asking the customer's concern first and then copying the response to improve it further through the Custom Commands option.
After you've added the response on the chat window, select the Custom command option from the drop-down menu next to the Send button.
Let's walk through a few use cases of commands you can use to generate better responses -
Make the response friendlier with emojis
Use the Custom command option to ask Threado AI to add more emojis and make the response more friendlier.
Type the command first, followed by the response that needs to be edited. Select Custom command from the drop-down and click Send.
The response that Threado AI generates now is based on the custom command to make the response friendlier.
Translate the response in your local language
Another great use case of the custom command feature is to translate a response in your local language or the language which the customer is comfortable in.
Thraedo AI then translates the response into the required language, while maintaining the right formatting.
Change or rephrase specific parts of the response
You can choose to only change, rephrase, shorten, or expand specific parts of an answer instead of changing the complete response.
Other parts of the answer remain the same but only the bullet points have been shortened.
Make the response formal and precise
Some customers prefer personalized but formal responses, so you can ask Threado AI to make it more formal.
Now, you get the same response but it's a lot more formal than before.
