Adding team members to your community

Bring your community team to Threado, connect your Slack account and more.

Navigate to the Team page under Settings to view all the members you have added to your team or to Add a Teammate.

In order to add other members of your community management team, click the Add A Teammate button on the top right of the page. You can invite using your teammate's email ID. For the role, you have two options to choose from:

  • Owner - The person will have all rights in the community.

  • Admin - The person will have the same rights as the owner except for the right to delete the community.

Once you’ve invited a member of your team, they will receive an email requesting to join your Threado workspace.

Once your teammate accepts the invite, they will have access to the workspace and will be able to independently make updates or changes.

📌 Note: Once a teammate has accepted your invitation, the Invited tag under the Role column will disappear. Also, you’ll get a notification on the dashboard saying that the invitation has been accepted.

For communities running on Slack, we highly recommend you Connect your Slack account from the team page to be able to send personalized messages or DMs to your community members from Threado.
