Get a view of the Activities dashboard and how to navigate it

Perhaps one of the most difficult things in community building is to stay on top of queries in the community, especially if it’s a larger one. Keeping track of all questions and discussion threads can be increasingly demanding.

The Activities dashboard gives you all the messages and replies that were made across all channels, in one place, so you can monitor and directly reply from the dashboard.

Navigate to the Activities Dashboard and this is how it will appear -

As you scroll you’ll see all the interactions within the community including replies, reactions, channels, and timelines.

The number of messages can be overwhelming and going through them one by one is definitely not ideal. This is why Threado lets you filter out only those messages that you want to see.
